really simple question....

ok - have 2 machines, a laptop and a desktop (I use a variety of machines in
the office depending on what is available). Both machines are on XP. The
laptop runs Outlook 2003 and the desktops a mixture of Outlook 2002 / 2003.

Thing is - we have ne exchange. Am I right in saying that is I want to read
mail offline I need to copy a PST file from the desktop to the laptop via a
memory stick?

If so, when I come back into the office in the morning and move the PST file
back to the desktop, will the messages in the Outbox be sent?

cheers

j.

Yes, that's the way it should work if the same .pst file is the default store for both locations.
