really strange problem, any one heard of this ??

Hello all techies,

I have a really weired problem. It could be really simple thing to solve it
since I haven't used the calender part of

Outlook much.

I have one main user whose calender is shared. His PA, puts his appointments
on his behalf and she can access

the main user's calender from her Outlook.

The main user config: Windows 2000, all patches, office updates, Office XP,
Office XP SP2.

His PA, Windows XP, all patches, Office XP with all the updates and office
service packs.

Now the main problem is that, there is on appt, in this shared calender,
which is on 23rd of July, between

10:00 am and 11:30 am. In whichever view you use, this appt, is not visible,
as if there is no appointment during that

time, no description, blank. If I double click any of the half hour during
this period, it does come up with new blank

appt, as if we are going to create a new appt, but there is a note, which
says this appt conflicts with another appt

on this calender. But if you view the calander, as I said before, we can't
see it.

Now, his PA did confirm to me that she did put an appointment for that
period, but now, it is not visible, from none

of the computer, and more interestingly, if we think this is permissions
thing, the main user himself, can't see the appt.

Please help.

Dear Time

Thanks for respoinding me

But I don't think this is a problem here.

The article that you said says that the resolution may not be enough, but
this is not the case.

The resolution is enough to view all the appts.

Any other ideas??
