realSpeak for Savantium.msi

When i open an excel file, it require to install a package "realSpeak for
Savantium.msi"
what's it? i didn't find it from office? How to solve it?

It may be an add=in that you installed - it is not part of Office. Look for
the name of the program using google.com.
