Rearrange pages

Within a single section, is there any way to rearrange the order of the pages?

Yes, there is a way and it is pretty easy, but not obvious:
Click on the page tab, drag right, then drag up or down to its new location

There should be a small navy blue (I think) arrow that appears to the
extreme right of the tab and which shows where the page will be
inserted.
