Rearranging Data

If i have a column of numbers, how can i rearrange them
from highest to lowest when the numbers are mixed up. For
instance if i have a column with 2,6,3,9 and 1. Is it
possible to rearrange the numbers 9,6,3,2,and 1.

Select the column and use
Data >> Sort

If you're doing something complicated, look under "sort" in Excel's Help
index for details of sorting.
