REARRANGING FOLDERS IN ALPHABETICAL ORDER IN OFFICE 2002

K

My folders are not listed in an alphabetic order when I
try to open a file from any of the Office 2002 programs --
Word, Excel, Access, etc. Consequently, it takes me too
long to find the correct folder to open the file. In fact
in the file menu under open submenu, only the views icon
shows in the tool bar. None of the other icons-list,
details, etc appear in the tool bar under open submenu.

Can somebody please help me fix this problem? By the way
I am using NT 4.0 Workstation with SP6a.

Open the views icon and sort by name.
