Hi Patti,
Rearranging field orders in a table should NOT delete data. Very possible
that she deleted the fields then re-added them.

| I have a user who changed the order of items in her table
| using design view and saved it, and now is missing the
| data that was in 3 of the columns. Any ideas?
| Thanks,
| Patti
