reassign Office Home and Student 2007 license

I recently sold one of the three computers I was allowed to install Office
Home and Student 2007 on. I tried to install Office on the new computer I
bought, but the when I typed in the key, it said I have installed the
software a maximum amount of times.
How do I go about reassigning the license to the new computer?

use the telephone number, IF you removed it from the machine you sold....
