Reassign Tasks

When reassigning tasks on the “Task Reassignment†page the "Select Resource"
drop down list is very narrow, as a result, resources with the same first
name become indistinguishable from one another. Is there a way to increase
the field width through the admin modify views or is it a programming effort?

No way to widen it by the screen.
You must have some pretty long first names.
Keep inmind it is only showing who is on the team so maybe that will help
eliminate rsources from your list.

Robert,

I am using IE8 and PS 2007 with all recent updates and I have 9 characters
spaces displayed in the drop down list. It doesn't take a very long European
name to use up nine spaces, much less names from the Middle Eastern or
Southern Asia countries. The question was whether or not there is an Admin
setting to change the field width, or if it has to be done programmatically.
Your response “No way to widen it by the screen†does not answer either.

Sorry what I was saying is no not from the screen itself.
It would have to be done by a Developer.
