Reassign to a new device

Under the Terms for my Office Pro 2007, it states "15. REASSIGN TO ANOTHER
DEVICE. You may reassign the license to a different device any number of
times, but not more than one time every 90 days. If you reassign, that other
device becomes the “licensed device.†If you retire the licensed device due
to hardware failure, you may reassign the license sooner."

I have just purchased a new laptop to replace my desktop. How do I reassign
from my desktop to my laptop?

Install it. If it asks for activation/registration, use the Internet
method. If that does not work, use the telephone method.

You uninstall on the old PC & reinstall on the new & activate it
