Rebate offer returned to sender

I bought OneNote on October 17, 2003 and I sent in my $150 CDN rebate before
the expiry date of October 2006, but the Canadian office seems to have
moved.
The address was

I could have used the money to purchase the new OneNote.

I suggest you do this ASAP (which is what I did):

1. Call this number: 1-800 622-4445
It's microsoft's phone number given on the Rebate PDF. Tell them what
happened (that you mailed your rebate on time, but it was returned) so that
they can make sure you get your rebate.

2. They will make a note in their system and try to make sure that you get
your rebate. They will give you the following new address:

3. Photocopy your returned mail for documentation purposes (paranoid step in
case you do get rejected). Remail ASAP. The Microsoft representative said
that they give a little leeway on the submission date, so that should not be
an issue.

4. Call back in 3 weeks to ensure that your "remailed" rebate submission was
accepted, and is recorded in their computer system.
