Rebuilding FP files

I have a functioning website thanks to FP.
(www.Cdriven.com) Attempting to insert some HTML
incorrectly I have managed to screw up the FP files
including the index (default). Some FP page views are
incomplete while some are empty. A few pages are
intact. I was able to upload a minor text correction to
one of those intact pages. How can I use my 100% okay
files on the server to restore my FP files?

Just publish the remote site to your local copy.
