Rebuilding on crashed PC

HI I have a pc that crashed and had to be rebuilt.
I managed to copy off all the data before the rebuild, but didn't export the
BCM stuff cos the PC was not working.

I have reinstalled outklook and BCM, but don't have any contacts, the
outlook stuff I got back from the PST file, but I don't know where to get the
info for the BCM contacts from.
With import it suggests I import from a .bcm file, but I don't have one. I
do have MSSmallBusiness.mdf and MSSmallBusinesss.ldf but I don't know how to
get the info from these.

Here's hoping someone will have the answer else I'm in a reall mess.
