Rebuilding WSS Configuration Database

During a restore attempt, an old configuration database was accidentally
restored. Since then, we have added new projects, and the workspaces are
reflecting in the WSS config database.

In other words, the config database is out of sync with the content databases.

Is there a way to 'sync' the WSS configuration database based on the current
content databases?
Thanks for any help or suggestions.

Hi,

I've got similar problem. Have you resolved your problem?
I tried to configure WSS regarding Configuration database (pointed to wrong
name) but still not working. When i try to connect to sites
(http://server:80/sites/MS_ProjectServer_PublicDocuments) it indicates me
that the virtual server is not mentionned into the configuration database.

I you have a solution, i'll try it.
