Recalculation of a formula in a Word Table

I have formulas in a Word Table and when I change a value, I expect to recalculate the formulas by hitting F9 (at least this is what worked on my PC). How do I do this on my Mac?

On the Mac, the F9 key has been hijacked by the Operating System.

Right-click the field and choose "Update Field".

You can also choose Command + Option + Shift + u (but I can never remember
that...).

You can restore (most) of the PC behaviour by going to System
Preferences>Keyboard and Mouse>Keyboard and checking the radio button for
"Use function keys F1, F2, etc, as standard Function Keys..."

Then F9 will work too :)

Hope this helps
