Yes, even when using Outlook I get those "So-and-so wants to recall the
message they sent" messages, which I just laugh at. It doesn't seem to
matter if I've already read the original or not. I don't know if I need to
enable something to allow them to work for me, but clearly it's not the
default and apparently doesn't work very well.
If you make a mistake, reply to it and correct yourself for the record.
Mistakes happen. But you can't make them go away.
