recall message feature

I’ve just migrated from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003 and I realize that I
lost the feature of “recall or replace a message that I’ve already sentâ€.
I have an Exchange e-mail account but this feature does not appear.
(In the previuos version Outlook 2000 it had it.)
What I can do?
