recall message micrsoft office

to and cc recall

If I recalled amessage am I also recalling it from all the "cc" names ?
do I can a message to say recall successful from the "cc " recipients ?
I got a message from the "To " recipient to say it was sucessfully recalled
but no message from th names in the "cc" box
