Recall of e-mail message problem

HELP! I tried to recall an e-mail message which I sent to
three people. Unfortunately, I keep receiving an error
message of "failure retreive message". I must have
received that message 20 times. It is driving me nuts!
How do I stop that message coming and filling up my
mailbox.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
