receipe template

I found this really neat receipe template that I'd like to use but I don't
like the clip art that is on it. I've tried to chane it but with no luck.

That doesn't give us a whole lot to work with.

1. Which program and version?
2. Where'd you get the template?
3. Which template is it?
4. What have you tried?
