Receive an email (not spam) recognized as spam and it resends itse

A recent problem with outlook 2003. I will receive an email from someone who
is not "spam". Outlook received it as spam, and then the email keeps
resending it to me and in the header it says "spam", "spam","spam", etc. If
I don't block the sender, it keeps going and going. Any ideas?

the email is being sent to you over and over again, it is not outlooks fault,
and the spam in the header is not put there by outlook either, it's the mail
server

Thanks dlw,
I spoke to the email server company, prior to my post. They told me to test
the problem by reading my email by only signing onto the mail server directly
and see if the problem occurs. I tried this for a week with no problems. As
soon as I went back and used my outlook, the problems started again.

Any other thoughts? I'd appreciate it.

Some third party anti spam software is the culprit. Outlook doesn't do it.

I use AVG's e-mail protection..
