Received a blank DVD

Hey guys,

I've just received my copy of Office 2008, but the DVD seems to be blank! Neither my Mac or my PC sees any data, and the disc doesn't seem to have any signs of burning on it.

Are there anyone out there who's experienced the same?

And who do I call??! I've been browsing a lot of Microsoft's web resources, but none seem to mention a place to call!

Haven't seen any reports of this. I did a visual check of mine and it
doesn't show any signs either.

Check the DVD Player setting re-set it to the max speed.
And who do I call??! I've been browsing a lot of Microsoft's web resources,
but none seem to mention a place to call!
