Received e-mail my question was answered, can't find it. ADVISE

I received an e-mail that my question about ACCESS was answered but I cannot
find it. In the e-mail it was stated as "Updated FORMS but receiving message
it cannot be found. Please advise as to where the response is posted. Thank
you
