Received Hotmail emails are note syncing with Outlook 2007

My Outlook has been syncing without any problems with my Hotmail account
until last night. I can send emails but am note receiving them and their are
emails in the Hotmail account having checked it.

Any help with this would be gratefully received. It is driving me potty!
