Received messages are always converted to plain text How can I prevent this

I have the same problem, but have checked your email options:-
Check your settings in Tools, Options, Email Options to make sure it is not
set to Read all mail in Plain Text.

Hi Becky, I did have the same problem, but found a post from Brian Tillman
that has resolved my problem see below:-

If the messages are in the Junk E-mail folder, there's no way to disable
that. If they're in the Inbox, then click Tools>Options>Email Options and
uncheck the box labeled "Read all standard mail in plain text".
