received messages not in inbox

After installing outlook 2007;new messages received do not appear in Inbox
although
counter shows new messages have arrived

Created a new profile already?
Disable all mail scanning tools (spam, virus, synching, etc...) and try
again.

In addition to what Roady suggested - do you have a filter set that might
be hiding your new messages? What view are you looking at?

The only filter setup is for the default for junk mail.
I received and read all message in my Inbox after the initial install.
After my my first reboot this new problemstarted.
I was only able to recieve the notification to my reply by opening Outlook
express; I am running both ; no proproblem in Express only in Outlook 2007,
Are thger default setting I could check for changes ?
