If none of them can open the file, it must be corrupt. Try testing this by
sending it to just one (nearby) user to see if they can open it.
It may be possible that some new anti-virus software has been updated and
seeing it as a mass mailing is corrupting it during an aggressive scan for
viruses. Possibly your ISP's.
