Help!! I am unable to send and receive emails.
When using outlook to download emails, I keep getting the following error
message:
Task ‘pop.ntlworld.com – Receiving’ reported error (0x80030070): ‘Access is
denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write protected and that the file
is not being used.’
I am using XP, with 105gb of spare memory. I have cleared down my old
messages in outlook.
Can anybody help?

Is your account accessible via webmail? Have you looked to see if you have exceeded your file storage there?

Yep, checked, read and deleted almost all emails via webmail, couple left. So
shouldn't be any storage issues
