receiving alert that event & calendar times zones don't match inEnt 2004 (v11.2.3)

When I create an event in Entourage¹s calendar, I¹m seeing an alert bar
across the top that reads:

³Event and computer time zones do not match. In Calendar views, the event
time is adjusted to display accordingly.²

I¹m not sure why I¹m getting this. I¹m on the East coast, my time zone in
the Mac¹s Date/Time pref is set for East Coast (Boston), and I¹m scheduling
events for here on the East coast.

Does anyone have any idea why this occurs?

If your settings for Entourage & the OS are correct then it is due to a
known bug that appeared after a recent OS update affecting DST settings.

Nothing you can do about it except wait for a patch, I¹m afraid.
