Receiving an error when opening an RPT from IE 5.5

I am running Crystal for PeopleSoft 8.5 and opening an RPT
report and receiving error 'Access to specified path or
drive denied' when I select open from current location
prompt pop up. What setting needs to be modified within
the browser to fix this issue.
