receiving attachments

i am having trouble opening attachment files sent to me by e-mail,when i
click on my paper clip to open the file it shows that there is a file there
but i am uanable to access it , due to the file attachment is not
highlighted.

do you know why ?

If you are using Outlook Express it is a security setting that you want to
go under Tools and Options and unclick. However be careful, worms and
viruses arrive via eMail AND remember Microsoft never sends patches via
eMail.

Also note this a Microsoft Access, a database program, newsgroup. Next time
look for an Outlook newsgroup.
