One of my users are receivng many deleted meeting messages in her Deleted
Items Folder. She is receiving these messages every minute or two. The
deleted meeting message has 2 messages. The first is "No responses have been
received for this meeting" and the second message on the same email is "This
appointment occurs in the past". The email references a recurring meeting
that she had previously set up and then but deleted. I do not know the steps
she used to delete the recurring email, and she does not remember. The
deleted recurring meeting does not display on her calendar, or in any of the
previous or future dates that it was originally created for. Is there
anything I can do to stop the "No responses" messages from filling up her
Deleted Items folder?
