Receiving Duplicate emails Outlook 2007 Windows 7

I have changed so settings for my email, but this week started getting
duplicate emails. I looked under Details when the mail was coming in.
Usually I see 6 tasks (I have 3 accounts, so 3x2 for send and receive).
Suddenly I'm seeing 12 tasks with everything listed twice.

I checked account settings. There are no duplicates. I even deleted and
reset up accounts. It's still happening. There were also no changes to "mail
left on server".
