Receiving Email but cannot create new,reply or forward Email on

I have had Outlook for over two years.

Suddenly, though I am still receiving Email , if I try to reply to the
sender or forward the Email on, the message/reply just appears as an icon at
the bottomof my task bar , in the same fashion as an open application would
appear.
The same applies if I try to create a new message.

I have tried Right Clicking with my mouse and even though I get an option
to MAXIMISE or RESTORE ,when doing so nothing happens.

Please help been trying to figure this out for two weeks now

Which version of Outlook are we talking about here?
Does the same happen when you use Outlook in Safe Mode?
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe

If not, the issue is most likely caused by an add-in.

I am running Outlook 2007,I have also just reloaded my entire 2007 Office
Suite, and the problem is still there.
Have not tried Safe Mode yet, will give it ago and repost.

Yes it works in SAFE MODE how do I get it to work in normal MODE please .

Hi Brendan,

Disable all the add-ins as per the link I gave you.
After that, start Outlook in Normal mode again and see if it works still.
If so, the issue is with an add-in. You can enable them one-by-one
(restarting Outlook after each one) to find the culprit.
Once you've found the culprit, you could check with the manufacturer of that
add-in for support or an update.
