receiving email from Yahoo accounts

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: pop

My server is Road Runner. Any emails that come from yahoo.com accounts never reach me. The folks at Time Warner insist that this must be a problem with Entourage, but I can't figure it out!
