Receiving email in different format in different computer

Hi Experts,

I am receiving an email in 2 different accounts. However, the email that I
received in one of the account is in HTML format while the other is in Plain
text format. May I know whether this is to do with the setting of the
Microsoft Outlook 2002 that I am using or what is the reason behind that I
received the same email in different format.

It could be. Outlook 2002 does have the ability to view all mail as plain
text. but you would have had to set it up explicitly.
