Receiving email responses

I have bellsouth dsl. I am having problems with receiving responses from
people who also have bellsouth. When I check my email via webmail, the
responses to my emails are there. When I download into Outlook Express 2003,
the only thing I get is my original email....and not their response. This is
happening repeatedly, and only with people who have also bellsouth accounts.
I know I could change accounts, but I have a contract. I have emailed
bellsouth about this, also. It seems to me that the problem is somewhere
between webmail and outlook express.

Please help me!
Thanks,
Pam

There is no such thing as Outlook Express 2003...you are either using Outlook
2003 or you're using some version of Outlook Express, possible version 6 as
that is the last version of OE that was released. Either way, it's a known
issue with webmail and it seems to be Bellsouth related. Not sure there is
any fix for it at the moment.

Hi Jocely,
Opps! My boo-boo. It's Outlook 2003.

Thanks for your informaiton. I figured if it was a thing that happens a
lot, someone would know about it. I've asked bellsouth, too, so we'll see if
it can get fixed. Maybe it's just time to change ISP's....or does it happen
with all of them?!

I don't know for sure whether or not it's happening with any ISP other than
BellSouth...but I had the same issue on an e-mail sent to me by a family
member who was using the BellSouth webmail client, and I think I've heard a
few other incidents where their name was mentioned as well.
