receiving emails on outlook HELP

i am not receiving any emails from people in my office but outsdie emails are
coming through? is there a way to fix this?

Care to be any less vague? What version of Outlook? What type of account?
What do your IT people say?

i apologize for being so vague. i am using outlook 07. its connected to my
sbcglobal account. our office is located in southern california. our IT dpt
is located in northern california. they looked at their server and said that
they can't see any reaason why i am not rec. the emails.

Do you send and receive your mail via SBC (utilizing the Yahoo servers)? If
so, I'm not sure what server the IT people were talking about.
