Receiving error 917 when saving to another format

I am running Visio 2003 and need to save a visio drawing as a dwg or dgn file
format. (Auto Cad or Microstation drawing) Everytime I try to do this through
the save as command on the file menu I receive the following error:

microsoft visio an error 917 occurred during the action save as identify the
file type you are exporting

I cannot seem to get around this. Please help!

exactly the same error. Trying to save as web page. Before I managed, now it
does not work anymore - could deal with complexity/content of the visio
drawing?
