Receiving error Client of this type not permitted

I have 3 hotmail accounts in Outlook, Microsoft Office 2007 Beta. 1 is
working fine the other 2 are giving me an error message #Ox800CCC33 Check
spelling of password. Client of this type is not permitted. Can anyone
explain to me why? I sure would appreciate it. Thanks, Joe
