Receiving errors when a user tries to use bullets on a docuement

One of my co-workers is having problems using Word. When
she tries to use bullets on a document, the error message
pops up. Any suggestions?

Hi Nick,

This could be due to some minor corruption in the Registry. Exit Word
in the Registry drill down to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Word\List Gallery
Presets

(Note the above key is for Word 2002 (Word 10). If using Word 2000
substitute "10.0" with "9.0")

And delete the List Gallery Presets key. This key will be recreated
upon restarting Word.

As always, prior to making any changes to the Registry you should
review "Backing up the Registry" and "Restoring the Registry" in the
Registry Help.

In this situation you may also want to use the Registry/Export
Registry file command and export your selected branch and then delete
it instead of renaming. That way if you find the change wasn't
necessary or incorrect you can merge the deleted branch back to the
Registry by double-clicking the resulting file.
