receiving repeat email

Hi
over the past week i have been receiving one e mail repeatedly which has an
attachment , i know who it is from and it is safe to read etc but it keeps
repeating although the sender does not keep sending it.
How do I stop it re occruing.

If you are scanning incoming mail with an antivirus program, disable it.
