Receiving same email over and over.

I am receiving an email that restarts itself in outlook when its finished
downloading. It's a large file and hard to load. Once completed it starts
all over again and I'm unable to get to the rest of my new emails. How do I
get rid of this message coming in to my outlook program. I've already gone
to the webhost and tried to download it from their but no emails come there
either because of this email. Does anyone know how to permanently delete
this email or stop it from reloading over and over?

Care to explain this one? Why can't you download the message there and then
delete it? This works completely independent from Outlook.
