receiving spam email from my email adress

Hello,

I am using outlook express and have 4 different accounts. One of them is
from sbcglobal.net . I am receiving spam from my own email adress. I really
dont understand how anybody can use my email adress to send out . I dont know
how to stop it.

Also, I have a web site and I set the email for outllok express. Yesterday,
I received over 4thousands undelivered Mails and thise were sent from my
domain adress. I really dont understand how any one can use the identity to
send out spams. Ofcourse I dont know how to stop them using my adress.

This happens when one of your email contacts gets infected and spammers fake
the addresses found on their computers to send spam or your published email
address on the website gets harvested by spammers. There is nothing to do
about it except use a good spam blocker and take your real address off your
website. Use a free email service like Google mail for your web site. It has
a good spam blocker.
BTW, this forum is for Office's Outlook, not Outlook Express which is part
of Windows.
