Receiving The filename entered is invalid in DNS.

I am transferring from Access 2003 to 2007 some of my link tables aren't
connecting, so I am setting up the ODBC connection. My problem is I get to
the Create New data source page and enter a valid name, no special characters
and I get "The filename entered is invalid in DNS." In 2003 I never had this
problem so I am not sure what the problem is. The system won't let me move
on.
