receiving unreadable mail

I have just converted everyone in the office from POP3 to IMAP, and a problem occurred the secretary forward e-mail (with a Word attachment) and some people (not everybody) receive garbage, no attachment and no subject. I can’t find a common ground between the computers. help needed, thank you

From reading your post and how it appears, it might be a message encoding
problem. What version of Outlook are you using for this?

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
