Receiving username and password prompt for Form Mail

So I ran into something interesting recently while creating a web site for a
client of mine.

He wants to have a form mail feature show up on the side of his pages. This
feature works fine if you go to the web site with www preceeding it.

However, if you go to the web site without the www, I receive a username and
password prompt.

Here is the site:

Visit: http://www.jgage.com

And the form mail on the right hand side will work.

Visit http://jgage.com

And the form mail on the right hand side will ask for a username and
password authentication when submitting.

Any idea why this is occurring?

Check with your web host. It could be the way they have the site set up.
