Some of our end users are having an issue where when the open an executives
shared cal, or a shared meeting room cal it will randomly dissappear.
If they deleted it close outlook and readd it they are usually ok until they
change their view. Ie go look at mail, or open an ie window. Then when they
go back to the cal view in outlook all the data has vanished. The shared
cal is still mapped but can not see any data.
And sometimes the share cal wont be mapped any more.
Our exchange backend is an exchange 2003 and exchange 2007 enviroment, with
users living between both servers. We dont think it is a server issue as the
issue appears to be issolated to a group of users.
And these users recently had their Office 2003 uninstalled and Office 2007
installed. The only thing that is strange is that we have seen the same
issue occur for one o these users when logging into a terminal server that
never had office 2003 only had 2007 from the server install and configuration.
Any advices or thought would be helpfull as we are at our wits end.
