Recent upgrade to Office XP

I've just upgraded my system from office 2k Pro to Office
XP Pro. All my applications work fine, however when I
open Outlook, a message pops up wanting to do some kind of
installation. Not sure what its all about and wanting to
get rid of the annoying message.

Can anyone help me in this matter. Don't want to loose
any of my settings...
