Recently Accessed Project Plans

In the File.. menu at the bottom within the Project client where you see the
recently accessed project plans - if these were in Project Server when you
select one does it pull the copy from the server or the local project cache?

By implication because they appear in the dropdown list, you have already
opened them, it will pull from the local cache in the 1st instance, and bring
any additional modifications from the server. If you have deleted your local
cache, then it will pull them from the server.
